Make sure that your paper complies with all instructions and specifications in the Paper Kit (same as Interspeech 2023. Once downloaded, please substitute all mentions of « INTERSPEECH » with « SSW » in INTERSPEECH2023.cls) and with the ISCA Code of Ethics for Authors and the Submission Policy.
In contrast to previous SSW conferences, reviewing is double-blind. Please take particular care to follow the instructions in the Paper Kit regarding author identity.
For paper submission, you will leave the SSW 2023 website and be redirected to the OpenReview system. If you already have a OpenReview account, you can login with your existing credentials. If you do not have a OpenReview account, you will need to create one.
Full papers
Prospective authors are invited to submit original, full-length, up to 6 page papers, including figures and references. Papers should be submitted via the OpenReview website. Double-blind reviews (authors and reviewers are anonymous) will be performed.
Camera-ready papers will be credited of one extra page to allow authors to consider reviewers’ suggestions.
Late Breaking reports
The new Late-Breaking Report (LBR) track of SSW provides authors with the opportunity to present early-stage results and new ideas over exciting, cutting-edge or experimental research. LBRs are an excellent opportunity for researchers (e.g. results of a Master thesis) new to the field to participate in the conference. LBRs should be max 2 pages (including figures and references).
Please find the latex style in : LBR_SSW2023. Send your .pdf submission as attached file to: organisation@ssw2023.org with object: « [SSW2023] LBR submission »
All LBR submissions will undergo screening by the organizing committee. Accepted LBRs will be presented in a dedicated poster session. They will be assembled and published in a companion proceeding of the conference.
Publication
Full papers and the LBR companion proceeding will receive a DOI and be published in the ISCA online archive.
